What is the difference between Managed and Placement?
With Managed, Snova supervises your VA, reviews the work and arranges cover when they are out. With Placement, we scout and vet the VA, and they report to you directly.
How do you protect our data?
Every VA signs an NDA and passes a background check before they see anything of yours. We also recommend separate logins and a shared password manager, so access can be removed in one step.
Can your VAs work with patient information?
Our healthcare VAs have worked US healthcare accounts before, through BPOs or as medical VAs, so they know how patient information should be handled. If your practice needs a Business Associate Agreement, raise it on the discovery call and we will go through it together.
